I really don't understand why ICA and the government are trying to be so difficult. Our country is moving towards "Big America". But what is your wife's educational level and her ability to speak English? The monthly income issue?

I had tried all kinds of local beer...FBI, Larue Blue and red, Saigon Red and Green, 333, Ben Thanh, etc...even Tiger and Heineken is only 5% alcohol in Vn...so in fact Vn brew is lower in alcohol...that was their tax limit...hope you guys understand why u down a few and still sober compared to Sinkie Tiger and Heineken has higher alcohol contents...:)
