It will have to depend if they are local or overseas graduate. I think i mentioned before that a local graduate earns around 5m to 6m VND a month while an overseas graduate earns around US$600. These are for fresh graduates. If after a few years experience, pay will be higher. But 1 thing i am not too in favor of local graduates is their quality. I got 1 staff who graduated from Dalat University and with over 6 years of experience, a lot of things don't know, yet stubborn. Talk to her, i want to vomit blood.

Aiyoh, not saying you `blind and stupid' in anyway la bro. What i meant was that there are still a lot of pretty and decent gals in VN, while in comparison, the viet WL here at JC are mostly quite inferior in quality. ;)

This can all be summed up this way... as the BIGGEST FAILURE OF VIETNAM:

#1 The Education System
===================
a. People go to school, learn nothing useful but only learn the Art of giving the white envelope
b. Many (not all) Vietnamese stupidly placed Education above everything else... they believe, if u study hard and score well, u automatically become higher beings!
c. The school itself, which is a TOTAL FAILURE (100%), does not even teach the students from young basic social skills such as to queue up, all learn that the big and strong gets ahead, the small and weak have to wait. With such schools and teachers, what else can they fucking teach????

#2 The Pride
==========
This is especially true to the Northern people and even more so of the simple minded people from the provinces. Even when they are in the wrong, and proven beyond reasonable doubt that they are in the wrong, they prefer to die than to admit that they are wrong... and after u are out of the picture, they all gang up to brag about how right they were!

#3 The Government
===============
This one no need to elaborate, but the point here is that it ranks not at the 1st and 2nd position.

Conclusion
========
In my many years working with various level of people in Vietnam, i can tell u this... the higher educated they are, the more eat-shit attitude these people have... and their knowledge and skills are very narrow and shallow and yet they think the world of themselves!

I had a lot better success working with Vietnamese who grew up in HCMC (which is a much more metropolitan city) as well as people who does not believe in the tertiary education system of Vietnam.

Those who swear by the tertiary education in Vietnam, u can definitely tell that they are all too useless and prideful and employing them will be a big big mistake! If u have such people working for u, u have to constantly teach them how to be considerate human beings before u teach them about work.
