Can totally understand the pain.. i travelled from Dong Thap to HCMC airport on a bike... 6 hours and in the afternoon.. I swore never to be in that shit again... always a taxi to and fro now.. hahaah...

Is witchcraft or voodoo/black magic popular in vietnam??
I have a frd who is obsessed with a vb and all advice to him fall to deaf ears. I understand this is common sight regardless of the WL nationality but i know my frd for more than a decade and usually he's rather rational even with r/s matters.

Just wanna see if anyone has any relevant knowledge/experiences with this.

haha...not popular although I wouldn't say no...more popular in Thailand...personally i have not encountered after travelling there for around 6yrs...think the VB kc is very much what your friends kena...unless you describe more clearly what your friends kena otherwise we cannot comment much...:)

Aiyah, normal la. I know a guy, tall, big size drive a white van super obsessed with a VB, although she is married. Super normal la. Nothing out of the ordinary.

basically, everyone else (except him of cos) can see that the vb is obviously after his money ONLY. Already squandered all his savings on her within the 1st yr. Even frd's mum object to this but sadly, no one can talk any sense to him. Worst part is, the vb not even that dep. Now his married and there's a kid on the way.

In a nutshell, he changed way too much, way too fast after knowing the vb. Just worried if there's a spell on him or something. He cut off all contacts with our group of frds and we are concern for his well being.

if you do read this thread...you will find his case not very much different from others...so nothing surprised me anymore...for me I heard more funny stories in Vn...so what you said is pretty much happening daily...:)

let me quote an article...this happened to a SWM...he married a VB...normal gal not stunning...so they setup home in Vn...after 2 yrs...bought house in bx name and open bank account joint name...SWM went visit home country...when he returns after 3 weeks...all gone...house sold, money in the bank gone...bx and daughter also gone mia...so what else is so special about your friend's case...:)
