You do know the place very well. You must have been based there for quite a long time already. How do i operate the frog leg porridge outlets when i have relocated back to Singapore for almost a year already? :D i hold a different point of view for trung son. Property prices there have risen quite a bit for the past few years. Last time when i was there, security was really bad there but now with the ABC school there, security have been beefed up.

There are many ways than one for singaporean to own properties in vietnam. One of the ways is to marry a vietnamese in Vietnam. :D
