Sham marriage NOW is ILLEGAL and will be CHARGED in Court if found True n Guilty.

Will be thrown into jail ! A few have been thrown into jail if you have read the news ....

Sham marriage most of the time involve a SC and a Foreigner .... For LTVP or PR application and taking the route to work and make $$$....

From what I know, there is not yet a section in penal code for sham marriage (correct me if I am wrong), there are consideration to add it in but not yet thus making punishment harsher than now.

Currently, all those sham marriages charged in court, they are charged for false declaration only.

Anyway I just updated myself, yes now sham marriage is illegal since last year, up to 10 years jail and 10,000 dollars fine. And those arranged for other couple into sham marriage also can be charged under same charge.

Bro KangTuo the judge will decide if the VB is guilty or not if she is caught and she is not in a sham marriage.

anyone know who and where to approach in singapore for making a legal document about my family background such as parents and sibling names, their birthdate and their occupation. is there such a document for that in singapore. i think that it is not available in singapore. do correct me if i am wrong. thanks.

huge topic and big difference if really want to compare...

Family of 3 means husband wife with kid or mother and 2 daughters or mother, daughter and son...or what..??

Typical example 1 -
husband - earn 3mil vnd
wife - not working
kid - infant

example 2 -
mother not working
son - not working
daughter - earns 10 mil vnd per month

example 3 -
mother not working
daughter 1 - earns 10 mil
daughter 2 - earns 15 mil

so now what typical lifestyle you can compare yourself...:)

Mother, daughter sell clothing.
Son - 6 years old

Depends on where they stay , City or province. A small vietnamese family of 3 can easily survive in the province with 3 million VND a month. But living standards have improved quite a lot for the past decade. Nowadays, even families in the province can easily earn 3 to 6 million a month. But of course, inflation have caused the general price level to rise quite a bit for the past few years.

I would say, mother, daughter with young kid and working, staying in the province, 5 to 6 million a month is reasonable.

now you knew what you posted earlier can be a wide range...you finally narrowed the scope of discussions...:)

mother and daughter selling clothes?
if they own the stall then they may make up to 7 to 10mil or more a month depends where they sell (in hcm market or streets)...in province then the profit margins will be lesser...depends on selling to tourists or locals...sell to local they lucky to earn around 5mil dong per month...:)

if they dun own the stall then as worker they will earn around 2 to 4 mil depends again where they work...bear in mind they have to work around 10 to 12 hrs per day and may get 2 days off per month...:)

son - study in gahmen school very cheap...:)

rental for cho ben thanh nite market is USD 3,000 per month per stall...the day market inside CBT cost around USD3 to 5k depends on locations of stall...^^
