yes that is POSSIBLE...but from your post i would suggest you would have very little REAL world experience with women..as you post is based on a few assumptions, that teh KTV girls is one with money and little time, that the said guy is a gold mine and she is working the long line fishing...well if the first premise is true, she probably wouldnt be working in a ktv in the first place, so this money is "small" money if this is the case, secondly if his guy was a gold mine, then he would have too much pride and alpha male qualities to TAKE a womans money esp when he has more financial resources, and especially is he was a hgold mone he wouldnt be dating whores, he would be mrely having fun with them tehre definately wouldnt be any discussion of marriage and this concerns of being conned, and thats where the original poster was expressing his concerns about.

my friend married a hanoi con gai working in singapore as dancer ... same old story , fly my friend over just to bonk her , he didnt spend much as most of the expense the girl pay it .

so my friend think he stuck gold and married .

happy marriage for 2 years , 1 daughter .

and he applied PR for his wife , PR approved .

then the true story come liao , his wife start to have affair outside .

bring daughter back to hanoi whenever fail to ask for money .

now breakup liao , wife working as chambermaid in 5* hotel , applying for singapore IC using daughter as sponsor .

man left with half of his asset and paying monthly alimony .

Huh? All my friends with viet wives are not goin back to Vietnam for cny to avoid giving out angpows to a whole village. Yr boy may be happily collecting angpows but yr pocket could end up with a big hole!

Last time i spend one cny in vn at my wife province. I only give ang pow to her direct family member who are back at the province to celebrate.
