Married is not like a gamble; as you can roughly know your odds of winning.

Getting into married is like playing baseball without the 3-strikes-out. You just swing your bat when you know the ball will be hit. (home-run is added advantage)

I just feel that the baseball in Vietnam got too many curve ball for me to swing at it.:D Maybe it is just me whom is a lousy batter.

Bring so much?

SGD 2k is almost 34,000,000 Dong and USD 2k almost 43,000,000.

Not sure how long you intend to stay and where you stay? If you bring so much sure your bx takes all your money or you will surrender to her.

If you go one week then just bring SGD 1k will do.

why dont u list down how long u gonna stay and what are the activities u gonna do

from there then its easier to let u know the expenses

Yes first time going.

Should be going for 4 to 5 days due to my work commitments in singapore. Will be visiting her home and rest of time should in hcm

What I know JC n GL, must be lavander food centre (not sure correct name).. when we go eat fork porridge always see lots of them hanging there before they go work in JB.

let me be more specific then

-staying in hotel or her house
-if stay hotel then stay what kind of grade
-everyday just stay in room siogan or will need to bring her or family members out.
-u planning itenery or ur BX planning

above are just some normal example..unless u give specific details on what u gonna do,if not how to advise u on the costs involve.

e.g if u bring her family out for dinner,a seafood dinner at average restaurant for 5-6 pax can be around $100 Sgd..but also depending on what u order.one of my friend spend abt $250 for dinner on his girlfriend family of 6 pax.

hence how much u need depends on what ur activities are
