Wah, what a suggestion :D Actually, there's no special province that produces decent viet gals. It will have to depend on your luck. Most viet spouses in Singapore comes from the southern provinces like My Tho, ben tre, can Tho, An giang etc. Actually, if you want to have a totally different breed of viet gals, then try the educated viet gals from the city. But of course, these educated viet gals normally do not like to be match made

how abt those province north of saigon, i mean those provinces in between saigon and hanoi? :confused:

I been to vn last month and met a few female friends of my vn friend. When they heard that i came from sgp, they asked their friend to ask me whether can introduce a boy friend in sgp for them.

They have a decent job. 1 work as hairdresser, 1 selling soy bean drink.

Bro, you mean central and north vietnam...... Danang, Na trang, hue, hanoi etc. i will think there's nothing much special about them. I will classify gals in Vietnam under their educational level.

I think its better to learn by oneself. learn from experience and also learn from the locals. I started in Vietnam many years ago with a local vietnamese guiding me and now in Cambodia, i also started with locals guiding me. Once you start in one foreign land, then starting in others will not be too troublesome :D

SingViet, thanks for sharing your experience with newbies here.

where to find a guide and how much to pay him/her daily?

I would probably go there for 3 to 4 days as my first trip to experience vietnam, more trips later if everything goes well.
