Even you marry in Vietnam or anywhere on earth...woman charter will be still apply in Singapore...This is what my lawyer told me one. Better dont let the viet wife knows about it..if not she can come Singapore and claim too....

There will be changes to charter soon....changing name to family charter hopefully

Also depends on what sort of judge u got? Pro charter or realistic one...had read some recent cases in 2013 and 2014 shown by my lawyer to me. Women may not get their way all the times now.

My friend divorce just finish after 2 yrs of legal battles....waste of tons of $$$...

Make sure you get a good lawyer who knows the charter well when you want to fight; if not waste of money and time.

even if no extend another 30 days, just be it... do not ask why.
worst scenerio is custom don't allow her entry, then you need to send her back to malaysia to stay another few days/weeks then try enter or balik kampong from malaysia.

Due to all these troublesome stuff, i never drive any vb to malaysia for extension at all.
Even sometimes when my bx say drive to malaysia for shopping with her niece (already PR), I will ask whoesle going. It is always the niece who is the bad egg who wanna bring vb go extend becuase she can earn $300-$500 per extension. I told them that even give me $3K, i will not bring vb to malaysia.

Bring vb in, very troublesome and still need to fork out some money
