I believe it will burst.. so far the property prices didtnt really burst but just holding out even the volume is low..
However the new law to allow foreigners to buy, may help to clear the inventory if they implement properly together with the banks. I'm still waiting. .

No wor, now, in VN, there are more males than females due to a lot of them went to abortion when they know that the baby a females.

Yup, I think I read some articles back that many people abort their babies when they knew that the babies is a female.

Abortion and having sex is like eating rice every day for them,recently read a news and a girl have done 4 abortion before.

Nothing new over there,abort is better then abandon.Gyne over there will always refuse to tell the sex of the baby just in case is been aborted if is a female but if is a male,they will be quick to tell the parents
