I remember 2 years back where I bought a Honda Air Blade for my BX. Went together with her to the bike shop. All in about 30 Million only. That why i was wondering why need 10 million for Cong An.

I cant remember 2 year or 3 years. It cost only abt 30Million cos I pay full cash. That time I change to 2K cash and after paying the bike I still left a bit. I promise buy her a bike for her birthday but now the bike look like shit. VB really dunno how to do maintenance of the bike

Yesterday, I had confirmed with my Bx that the Honda Air blade brand new 3 years ago is only 38 Million. I paid only 30 Million cos she trade in her old bike

yes...38mil was not on the road yet...think you need to pay district Police registration and Number Plate registration...will add up close to 39mil plus...:)

you can always apply for Long Term visa if you have valid ROM...:)

I dun think this is a fraud...because the Embassy released the news...:)
