Don't be agitated over the whole issue. I guess all of us don't really understand what is happening. Everyone is going by what you write only. Anger reins everything. Be happy.

DRINK, not an issue but I am not into that kind of environment anymore for quite many years as I have told you before.

Does anyone knows when a visitor got sent back at Changi, no crime or whatsoever involved, when can she return again? Any real case study?

3 months time. she can try her luck as ICA do not reveal reason for rejection of entry.

In fact I don't want to know any reason. ICA asked me to be sponsor, when the visitor got sent back which I did.

The first time someone in this forum told me send the forms separately. ICA called me and said need to send in together. They asked me to write an appeal letter.

Then they sent me a letter to provide them my income tax, salary, proof of employment, salary, marriage cert, address as well as the visitor's NRIC,BC, proof of employment, salary, house register, home address, parents details, proof of sustainability, which the visitor showed as Vietnamese bank statement, form 14 and V39I and other details to submit to them in office. It compiled to quite a stack and I provide as accurate as possible what they require.

This appeal had failed again. What other ways are there for such a person to enter again? I have emailed for an appeal again and the possibility of affirmative is not there unless there's new grounds for approval.

If the visitor can try again 3 months later why are they telling me to be a sponsor? Isn't it a waste of money to get sent back again. Do flying a full fledge airline help in any way?

U sure ur friend dun have any black mark against her. From I what know, with so much details still rejected, sure got something against her before. The other case would be identity issue where two person have same names and one black listed and the other one the same due same name. Not that it has not happen before

What was I saying was referring to normal rejection.
