after few years of marriage,my wife still think i am rich,what do u think if she say she wont ask much.no point telling her but is through you way of handling money to let her brainwash herself.

as long as u are a sg man,u are consider rich to them.for them,earning 1.5k per month is already consider rich but for sg girl is like shit.

actually my gal is a very smart person she also know how to say, " rich ppl stay in flat no number one... no money one stay in block with numbers" cb...

when i say ppl in sg earn 3k on average... she say earn 3k also same same as earning $300 in vn bcuz in sgp things are expensive... so same same not rich...

i try not to let her think i'm rich by saying i earn 3-4k only but she say dun worry next time i can earn 7-8k :eek: i'm her future robert... :(

yeah, the time when i told her this income i was still newbie, i must admit. with no2, i nvr mention about it. yes, the idea that time is to say a comfortable figure which is good enough to keep a wife :) but when i told her this figure, she say ppl in sgp earn 5-6k a month :eek: didn't know i shd say 2-3k instead... sian...

the seasoned i meant is she knows a lot but not too much until she's so smart that she can detect us lying this and that...

i have a feeling that she trust that i'm earning this figure from the way she speaks. i only met her twice in her joint anyway :) the rest is off-time and in wet nam.

Dont worry bro,the most important is how u handle your money towards her.They want to have a better life in sg thats why they will marry any sg guy.Even if it turn out that sg man is a low income earner (less thank 2k)per month after marry,they still think marry here is better cos they got a chance to work here(decent job)

i dont think she will marry a guy with an income less than 2k a month bcuz like i said, she know earning $3k a month is so-so in sgp... well i dont intend to let her work if we really do get married. maybe she want to work as a waitress/medicure/make-up(she likes the subject of make-up) then i will let her do it...

yeah they think sg man is rich but... lucky she doesn't even think i can afford to buy her $4k house when i mentioned i wan to buy when i got money haha... she suan me,"u got money then first, u no money pls dun anyhow say." i take this as a good indicator :D
