do u know that the police chief of a ward is already rich and powerful...not to even mention chief of a district.and family members of these people are either police as well or working in government organisations..this is how these families become more powerful and richer as they will have their own people in every parts of the province.

Before go into if she is a WL or not, the first question to ask, if she work in normal office girl, or the girl work in nightlife. If working in nightlife, no matter just as coyote or WL, avoid at all cost. Because their lifestyle is complicated. This apply across all the nationality.

So back to your question, how to test her not offending her. See her routine. Her routine when she reply your msg, when she woke up daily. Especially Saturday and Sunday. That busiest days for a week for them, and they have to sleep till noon.

Next is to observe what they carrying, including their bag, shoes, ring, watch, jewelry. Normal office girl, not capable to own expensive stuff. May be 1, 2 items, but not every month have new additional. See their FB and Wechat. They are not shy to show what they have.

the easiest way to tell is see what and how she dress. in vn, many girls like to wear fake branded. bc they want but cannot afford the real thing. so if she wear all the real stuffs but doesnt come from rich background, and holds a normal paid job, then u know why. money dont drop from the sky.

so far i only know viber and skype can make landline call. not all chicks is connected to internet 24/7 like us. hehe..

if making app to app call, you will be spoilt for choices. just use whatever app both she and u are also using.
