Sao nhieu nhieu = you tell lies a lot...

The girls usually say this when they do not believe what you just said. For example they asked you why you did not pick up the phone when she called you just now... and you say "bcos phone battery flat!" and she says "Anh sao nhieu nhieu nhe" means "you lots of bullshit stories!"
