you are in moderation mode so your post wont appear immediately... you will need to be more active+more than 0 rep points to get out of moderation mode.

premium membership is optional but it will get you out of moderation mode immediately.

It is immediate when u r out of moderation mode, while in moderation mode, it depends on the mod queue.. could range from 5mins to afew hours…
