No need register again, just show ur SG marriage cert will do bcos you can only buy condo and not landed property there... if you buy landed, it will be under ur wife name... she will be the major share holder and u will be the minor share holder

Can buy land in LOS if you know the lobang...... not necessary have to put under your wife's name or use thai proxy.

Her first attempt actually she ask me to be guarantor.

I reject her cos she come work fl the okt earns from her,
Then I be her guarantor if anything happen i become scapegoat

Wow this is interesting. Prob hard to make such mistakes these days with biometric verification these days.

The proper way is need to have baby with the gal.
Go either Thai embassy in sg or sg embassy in bkk to get the gal’s name deleted from black list. Forgot is which one.
