Is the deal in between the countries of "import" the WL , of course also other industries as well. Beside Thailand and Malaysia, indonese cannot openly import due to they are Muslim country. Others sea are farther also not much deal between countries.

Here is good market for Thailand and Malaysia wl due to good exchange rate. Recent getting less Malaysian as their market value had upgrade, mostly shifted to other countries, usually USA, Europe , Japan .
If u have the impression the thais ladies more willingly to sell body due to the quantity of WL u saw, then I shall said the china worse, they basically dominate every sex scene here.
Is up to individual perspective, they are very hugh country with hugh population. The quantity we saw just a very small portion of woman. I choose to believe they consist very small portion of the population willingly sell body. If I woman I consider to sell also😄

For Thai, younger age like 20-23 some they never looking for long term relationship, more like FWB, so far meeting two never ask for money, willing to try for different positions too

Income disparity between urban and rural Thailand is huge. There's a saying in Thailand that you go to the north to look for pretty girls while you head to the south to look for Muay Thai fighter guys. The northern Thailand girls are fair skinned and lived in poor rural farming communities.

I joined a social outreach volunteer program about 20 years ago where we build infrastructure in rural villages. Water tank, schools, drainage systems, septic tanks etc. We stayed in the village for a week to experience village life. Quite an eye opening experience.

Villager kids under 5 who fell sick are given opium for pain relief. :eek: I watch the kid get high and started laughing for no reason. The girls get married at 13. You can simply walk into a person's house after midnight to grab his 13 year old daughter home and she's your wife for life. No need wedding ceremony and it's part of their tradition. In the poor village where people don't have phones, there's a family with a TV. The father sings karaoke every night. So we asked how come that family is so rich and the reply was his 2 daughters work in Bangkok night life.

The other uneducated farmers think it's better than marry a local guy and be a farmer for life. So there are many girls under 13 who are thinking of being prostitutes in future because it will bring wealth to the family and wealth is honour in the village. There are European/Australian volunteers who take a 1 year sabbatical leave to teach English in rural schools. They end up teaching English to poor girls who use what they learn to communicate with future clients. So it's a struggle to use education as a tool for the kids to break the cycle of poverty. Learn well in school also no educated admin job for them.

So if a SG guy marries such a lady (or viet in the same poverty cycle) and expect her to give up on her family back home, it's very difficult to avoid feeding an entire village after marrying a rural girl. Also unrealistic to expect her to behave like a SG girl who grew up in a city

Second what bro xgenre said. It's the same for viet too. In thait and viet rural communities, the daughters are the reliable breadwinner that takes care of their parents and younger siblings and extended family too.

If you marry such a girl, it becomes an obligation to finance the whole bunch.

Personally i also like the isaan girls that are darker-skinned :D

Searched online regarding prostitution and countries.
Turns out by stats, thai prostitution don't rank high.
Some countries in South America, Africa rank up even higher.

So, if you were an American, your thought may instead be are ladies from certain south american countries more open to prostitution.

For Asia, I think India rank even higher, though for south east asia, thai maybe up there.
