Thanks for bumping up my thread with nonsensical chatter. What I meant by installments is rather than asking for a lump sum, I am asking for partial payment based on a fixed number of meet ups. All these are up for negotiations for those interested.

I feel it's more fair to both just in case things don't work out due to unforseen circumstances.

Well its sort of the trend here I observe where people are "suan" for their posts. But I do wonder about the people who suan people. How experienced they are to so call suan people. Everyone is entitled to comment, I know and I read from certain post here "that a stupid question deserves a stupid answer" But acting stupid to answer stupidly is kinda duh???? For the record I am not offended nor angry. Just kinda curious only :)

There are only 2 types of people here,

- one type who dare to post, dare to speak their mind and let u know who they are. Direct, blunt, straightforward. Even if u confront them, they wont zap u.

- One type (most probably with massive clones) who zapped anonymously, leaving rubbish comments but no guts to leave their nicks.

1 thing I believe in, how u post reflect ur personality in real life.
