The clone script catches 50%. The other 50% escape the net. Nothing is 100% in this world.

The script detects certain behavior. The more intelligent ones can fly under the radar.

If it were not for my efforts things would have been a lot worse.

I see. Maybe everyone still active in the forum here can help you with this task. What are some of the things that the script detects, or what are some things we can look out for and report to you if we think it's suspicious clone activity?

And what about online harassment, anything you can do to help in such cases - such as banning the users perpetrating such crimes?

I go back to days of Doomas CK and so on. A lot of my early posts have been wiped out, and I never posted all that much in any case as I realized there were a lot of people with their own agendas. I've seen your posts over the years and I think you know what I mean.

As I said, if I wanted points, I would do what I did yesterday much earlier, that is post on the exchange section. Half the reason why I did it this time was to irritate my zapper. The only way to deal with bullies is punch them in the nose, and if it was real life I could be tempted to let fly.

I only chip in occasionally (but not with FR, and sometimes by PM) but I do want a vibrant community though. Kudos for Sam for his initiative and you as well for a run of some very good reports.

In short, as I said earlier I have a life outside of SB. If there's something I think worth saying, I might post. But I'm not very interested in being a keyboard GL guru.

I deal with a lot of reported clone cases so just keep reporting them using the "report this post" feature and I will do my best.

As for harassment I have tried my best over the years and it is an impossible task to deal with for the simple reason that every party that I deal with will claim that the opposing camp started it first.

I cannot be judge, jury and executioner simply because I have no idea what goes on behind the scenes.

To be honest I'm very tired of running this forum. It has been 18 years if you count the Delphi days. I started as a bright eyed young man and I'm now in my twighlight years. :D If anyone thinks they can do a better job it would be great. It is a thankless task for me plus I have lost touch with what goes on in the Singapore sex scene.

Guys instead of just harping and whining...
let's us help sam and his team out by using the report post function to report harassment and spammers..

from what i see, sam and his team is already doing a great job.
Gambling , Scandal and snipe threads have also been dealt with promptly.
I dont know what else to expect from the admin team.

i think what some of you guys failed to realise is the size of this forum they are managing. 150000 members and probably like 10000 or more post a day.
How do u expect to make everyone happy? very tall order isnt it?

no one expects anything - it's just a suggestion. I suggested to sammyboy to retire if he's tired. Better for his health.

I do not know about other parts of the forum, but for geylang, I think the regulars there can find the good girls themselves and business goes on quite well regardless whether or not this forum is here. Cheers. And time for me to leave sammyboyforum to its own devices :)

Some may use this forum to spot check their 'lover' WL.. To see if other bros got write FRs on her, and how she treat other bros during the sessions.. I have been receiving complaints about the forum since its inception. There have always been crooked OKTs and hidden agendas here. It's part and parcel of human nature.

But people forget that this forum has never been just about advertising whore services. In fact I tried to keep freelancers out for more than 3 years.

This forum is about everything sexual and it here that people are free to express their innermost desires and perversions and seek opinions regarding their sexuality and their relationships.

The most popular sections have always been the pix exchange and the adult discussions sectons. The traffic to those two sections adds up to more than 50% of all page views. All the whore sections combined contribute less than 40% of traffic.

That is why traffic fell considerably when I culled membership from 390,000 members to 150,000 members by deleting accounts. This resulted in views of the picture section being reduced by 60% (because only members can view that section) but I thought it was a necessary sacrifice for the long term. A thread of 14 million views and counting was also removed because it contained shocking stuff.

While whore clients come and go in search of the best bang for their bucks, it is people like yourself who have a much longer term relationship with sammyboyforum and for that I am truly grateful.
