If got language problem, then no matter u cheong or no cheong also have language problem. Even buying a drink by the roadside will be a big problem. One group of viet gals are quite interesting, they are the undergraduates. Young, pretty and some are sexy. Most of them speak english.

I still remember last year a friend of mine who is married to a Vietnamese gal introduce her cousin to me. Unfortunately I am interested in her neighbour and I suggested that my friend ask his wife to recommend her neighbour. But she said cannot as the whole village already know that she is bring a Singaporean guy to marry her cousin. No choice just have to go through the motion during the 3 days in the village and on the last day just give an excuse. Now I cannot go to that village arleady :(

Yes bro. You are correct. The fact is that even before you went to the village, almost half the village already know that you will be introduced to that particular cousin. So u lan lan have to stick to their game plan when you are there. Gossiping is a favourite past time in Vietnam, especially the provinces. If nothing comes out of u and the cousin, its lost of face to the cousin and many people will start to gossip if the cousin have slept with u... hehehe

Bro, not only HCMC, but the whole vietnam. Although illegal, there are still lots of people doing it. first was get married to taiwanese, then to Singaporeans + Malaysians, then now the koreans.

Yeah Bro SingViet, you are absolutely right. As though they get paid for gossiping. I think all of us here know why Vietnamese unable to strive out a career and unable to make money already, because they are busy with gossiping here and there everyday, every moment of their time, which after left with NO time to work and earn money.. I also had a hard time when i go there. Either you are a monster or a God of Fortune when you go there.. Everyone would be coming over to surround you, talk to you even you just smile back when you do not know how to speak. etc ... too much too list out..

If the bro went to their Village, remember to go to their KTV (those with gals), i think you would probably fainted, really like in your own room type, a small TV with a system, but luckily got air con..

Get a taste of their Village life also not bad..
