Giving a shout out to @PeePeeBoyinSG for the selfless sharing of YY contact.

Short review. Opted for the room and was surprise to know that there are actually 3 rooms in that small shop, however zero sound proofing, so basically can still hear the activities outside. Looks: 7/10 (not ugly, but also not a head turner. GND looks)
