You can find quite a lot of these villas in Thu Duc at District 9, District 2, CDC Trung Son in Binh Chanh, Phu My Hung District 7, HCM City. These villas are normally much bigger than the normal town houses. Each of these villas are in the range of 6 to 9 ensuite rooms. From what i know and experienced, normally one such villa in Binh Chanh will cost around US$700,000 during high time. :D

IMHO there is no such thing as good matchmaking agency in SG! all agencies are bloodsuckers, charging very high price for a viet bride, only a handful of $ are been given to the gals parents. :cool:
