so in total is 8 lessons a mth. (i paid her for 2 mths)

Yes. can than = "be careful" literally like you pointed out, but in English "take care" also has the meaning of "be careful", right?

I remember sometimes VN girls told me "anh can than nhe" before I left. Therefore, I suppose "can than" is somewhat similar to "take care".

Let me point out different Vietnamese words for 'take care' depending on what they are used for.

take care - can than
take care of your health - giu gin suc khoe
take care of your parents - cham soc cha me

In Binh Tan district, there are many cemetery plots along Binh Long street and at the intersection of Binh Long and Tan Ky Tan Quy streets. Ahead of cemetry after Binh Long is Huong Lo 3 street. And there is industrial area (KCN Tan Binh) which is somewhere near Binh Tan. Bus service 69 ply along these routes.

There are a few wards in Binh Tan district such as Bình Hưng Hòa, Bình Hưng Hòa A, Bình Hưng Hòa B. From the address which I mentioned in my signature, it is quite near to Binh Chanh district.
