Re: Understanding Vietnamese Life Partner
Hihi. Rom 1st, rent a room while waiting for PR, then get flat. sorry to be rude here but the most important of all questions is where u noe ur gal. if from KTV etc...be very CAREFUL. 95% of them ar out to get ur $$. The remaining 5% ar either newbie, tired of KTV life or found a person that can afford her whole family( not urs ) expenses.
With ur income, it will be VERY HARD to survive, cos u will hav mthly housing loan, ultility bills, expenses for her family etc. If possible try to bump ur income to 3k level then still possible. u can either work OT or buy a slightly bigger hse (4rm ) and rent the rms out to normal folks for abt 1k extra provided ur CPF is large enough to minimise ur mthly hse loan. if ur gal is ex-KTV, recommend ur rms to her KTV frds at abt 15-18$sing per nite. u will be able to get abt 1.8 to 2k rental income by having 4 tenants. hope this helps. |

Re: Understanding Vietnamese Life Partner
They dun really need the meals at home.
They wake up late afternoon and at most cook some maggie noodles, eat, go to nap again til 7pm. Then their regulars who dun see them inside the pub will show up at JC coffee shop eagerly and happily order food, buy cigarette, top up prepaid card and sometimes pick up shampoo/bath form for them. Then follow by some pocket money before she goes to work. My wife last time at JC got 3 such morons who do that. That explain why she can afford to skip work almost everyday and stick with me even when i dun give her money. She even showed me the 3 morons when at JC |

Re: Understanding Vietnamese Life Partner
i ever spot checked one room upon the invitation of one girl ....
4 double decker beds, meaning 8 persons in one small room with those 1-horse power air-cond. $10 X 1 girl X 30 days = $300 X 8 girls = $2400 per month per room. :eek::eek: that house got a few rooms .... good income man .... Quote:

Re: Understanding Vietnamese Life Partner
have you seen one at Joo Chiat, the ceiling is very tall at second floor. So they build another level of platform to it. Those at the highest level cannot stand up straight without hitting their head. And there is only a run down deskfan to cool 4-5 gals inside, all cramped with their luggage bag and thin mattress.
Some of you who are hook up with JC gals long enough would have heard cases of theft of money and handphone among the room mates. hehe.. I was also a carrot head for my wife when her handphone was stolen that day and that evening met up with her at Lavander MRT and passed her a brand new SE phone. She had anticipated me to ask for free sex in returned but I had a very important task to do so went off in a jiffy. Gals who had been in the trade long enough and comtemplating retirement cos of competition from young gals will throw out 2 fish line; one to hook money, one to hook people. |
