u can call the vietnam embassy in singapore to find 1 for your friend.
That will cost him SGD300.For collection of doc and actual day.

He's the one that did mine 5 years ago! Charges you call and check yourself cos i dun know the mkt rates right now...I used to pay $450...if i remember correctly...but that was long ago and that time only 4 people were authorised to do the translation in the whole of SG.

From my experience, VN gals will not stop at nothing to affect your current marriage. I dunno, but it seems they do not want to go thru the trouble or that they sympathise with the wifey......

They normally will understand your commitment to your wife and are willing to meet you only when you are available...

I havea feeling she does not know that you are married...:rolleyes:

Its because of all these match making agencies that caused most singaporeans to misunderstand vietnamese spouses. Once singaporeans see that your spouse is a vietnamese, they will ask you `how much you buy your wife huh?' KNN, want to slap them.

Always misunderstood in these ways:

(1) Spent money to BUY a vietnamese wife as you are of low income group and cannot find a singapore wife

(2) You BUY a vietnamese wife because you are of low income group, low education and UGLY

(3) Your vietnamese wife is a hooker and con you to marry her so that she can stay in Singapore

Yes, agree that the Vn gal will not mind if he is married because all she wanted is to earn her money and once she knew he is married she will just treat him like money machine...these were discussed alot previously too...:)
