Here, yếu means weak (not yêu )

So the whole sentence means, "Nothing much, because I am weak and feel sleepy"

I also think it should be "nguoi ban ve" like you said. As for noi "xao", too many VB spell it as noi "sao". Maybe this is also acceptable.

On the basis of the context, I think "tren cua em" should be "chuyen cua em" meaning "my flight".
