I think the spelling all wrong...

1) ban loa aj za - should be - ban la ai vay

2) Ua seo anh nhan tjn so may em loa chuc mung nam moj -should be - Uh, sao anh nhan tin so may em la chuc mung nam moi?

3) em loa em cua chj bay jo em xaj so nai oh - shuold be - em la em cua chi, bay gio em sai so nay oh....
