Guys i actually go back and forth to thailand for work. I will be able to get
you guys certain amulets especially those for wealth, health or protection.

Prices in thailand are not expensive and usually is quite cheap but then again
depend on what you need, but range is around S$50 - S$70 some even
cheaper like S$30 - S$40 also have.

I go there almost one every 2 weeks or more, i will try to post an image then

Why bothers about all these term/word? It is commercial world, in most temples, there is price tag on the amulet. U want 1, u need to pay for it so is it a sales of amulets???

Temples are earning tons of money and temple committee is made up of ppl, like u n me. Greed is what we normal ppl will have. You will notice, big temples will pump out amulets almost every months. It is a big money in Thailand.

Amulet used to be when ppl donate to the temple, the monk will give an amulet but now it is reverse, u need to buy to donate...

From all the above, nothing wrong or disrespectful of using "buy" or "sell". Temples are not a shame of selling, why we worry about "buying"?

haha...yr thai ger don't like you to spend $$$ mah,...our mind are alike...now is 2013 liao...$$$$ overrule the terms being called...from the elaboration need to buy to donate, this is more towards marketing liao...:D

no matter how the amulet market become or how temple use it to earn money. to you all term of buying and selling is only a term why insist of using rent. its simple this is a personal respect towards not only amulet but the buddha instead. something not being materialise or commercialise. respect yourself respect the reglion. i'm no saint nor holy, jus asking for a little respect if you think by using money to "buy" and its merit then can forget about it.
