yes...most of their wages are only 2 mil vnd or less...of course won't be well off...plenty of ways to earn more money...:)

I dun mind loaning from pawnshop if it is only 2-3%. :D The Flexi Deposit interest rates in Vietnam is abt 10%. I'm using SCB in Vietnam.
