I have a question on rep system.

Rep power of 6 zap 3 point
Rep power of 7 zap 3.5 point so is round up to 4 or round down to 3?

Whenever there is .5 the .5 is disgarded.

So power 7 zap 3 points.

premium power 7 zap 7 points

But ..... many people use clones to zap. That is another thing
