Yup... I totally agree to that... This is base on self-knowledge... When the guys is being cheated, then the guy must analysis himself why he been cheated and base on what circumstances.... Not all human is perfect.... This does not only for people for a 3rd world country but even its a Singaporean.... If one are rich or money on hand, he/she should not put it across and show he/she is having the money/riches.... When one spouse starts to talk about money, then the other must be intellectual enough whats true and false... We, as outsiders can't be involve much in this circumstances...

I just encountered a special case.

Mr. X was married and divorced in Singapore. (Divorce Papers available)
Mr. X re-married 2nd wife in Singapore and currently this wife is living in Singapore with child. Mr. X now lives & work in HCM but return every month for a few days.

The problem now is Mr. X met a Viet girl and went thru customary wedding in HCM. As he has divorce papers from his 1st marriage, some vietnameses tell him he can register his Viet marriage in HCM but on the condition that this Viet wife cannot go & live in Singapore.

The Viet law seems to have a loophole here for people already re-married to register their wedding using divorce papers of a previous marriage.

Sorry for sounding so complicated but this is a true case that happened to a friend now.

JUst to share ... regarding this type of matter ... Visit the city / province's JUSTICE DEPARTMENT or 'So Tu Phap'

I register my baby's birth and her certificate at the Main City/province So Tu Phap ... I went there because the so called Town So Tu Phap was too afraid to process our application coz it invlove a foreigner and was told to go straight to the main city/province CTF...
