i thought qua before and qua after changes the meaning.
dep qua = very beautiful (so "hiep vo qua" could mean very deep, but i agree with you, it's not likely. so i thought it could be "abuse your wife a lot/too much/too many times." all the same)
qua dep = too beautiful


sao = why?
vay = an add on word with no real meaning?

writing exact is difficult because it can be used in different ways at different times

"do" = there or that
o đó = over there
anh đó = that guy
len đó = go up there

"dau" =
o đâu = where?
khong dau = emphasis on no
đau = hurt, pain

"sao khong bat may vay" should be "why didnt answer the phone" instead.
sao as in tai sao. They like to write it this way.

I think the broz missed out on this sentence.

I shared rented apartment with my sister in district 5.

Muon (share or borrow) in this context is share.
Sometimes cannot translate word by word , have to look at the whole sentence also. Cos same word can have a few different meanings. If not, pieced together also "Buay soon".

didn't think of muon like that. nice catch. but what about the end "do a"

i'm learning too. translating things here helps my own studies.

i prefer liquor but i will not turn down a free beer :D

For me, dep qua and qua dep are of the exact same meaning. It's just that if you say/write: em dep qua, it sounds more natural, whilst em qua dep sounds a little bit funny
