haha,let me share with u some interesting procedure before u decide to marry there,

1)Have to fly there 3 time at 3 different date
2)Have to see mental hospital doctor to check that u have no mental problem
3)Under table money for the interviewer
4)Hold wedding dinner and have photo taken to show them,then can sign

Not so simple like sg,

register,sign and marry,so easy and CHEAP:D

for dowry,agency one,their parents will get peanuts and not from agency one will get more depends on how greedy is their parents:D

HIV test is for your spouse to take in sg when u apply pass for her to stay here.A requirement by ICA.But if u want to take your own test and show it to your future wife that u are healthy,by all mean carry on :D:p
