it is really ironic that when you live in hcm...you missed sinkie...when you live in sinkie...you missed hcm...including all the food...:p

the duck eggs are not cold...they are usually being stored hot after being cook.and Vietnamese believe that eating that gives the guy 'energy'....kekeke

Vietnamese also believe that eating the duck egg will get rid of ones' bad luck...when someone is bad in luck,they usually eat 2 of the duck eggs then throw the shell behind over their head after eating it.

Maybe the street light is too dim so i did not observe that is been store hot.

wow can get rid bad luck,so i think i have to try next time and for guy 'energy',i think i dont really have the chance to use as i was been escorted by her when i was there:D

Hi Golden question and vietboy. I do not believe that rat meat sold in Vietnam are only those field rat variety. Especially when there is a shortage of rat meat. Rat meat vendors will catch any old rat they can find.

No lah bro,i only know from the news that the rats is from rice field and i never try rat meat before so i also cannot say whether is from rice field or not?:D

I agree...you never know what you eat when you eat in Vn...when they tell you chicken, beef or pork...can you tell what is stuffed inside when it is minced...:p

may i know which airlines do you take when visiting bx/bg in vietnam during the weekends? i realise tiger dont have flight on friday night... only sat early morning. how often do you visit your bx/bg per month? i need to do so soon i think... thanks.:)
