bros with vn wife and gf, how many times you visit your partner parents and family in province per year?

i kana swan by my bx that i damn lazy to travel to province to see her parents everytime i go vn. nothing compared to her niece husband who will always want to go province to see parents.

Not only VB,most of their people is like that,their own people also dont care about their own people,is their culture,sometime cannot be too soft hearted and pity them cos in the end,u are the one who suffer

Even life and death situation like what u mention,they dont even bother,so it spoke volume of their culture but not all:)

For me is the most is 2 time per year.Last time use to be CNY period,but now is depends on whether i am free or not and also the price of the ticket,so now normally i dont go CNY period:)

I mean not all but most,from what i encounter and see.

Recently my wife told me her heart pain when she found out that her mom actually bought not that good food or fruits to her grandma to eat.She every month contribute few dollars to her mom to buy for her to eat.Every time when she is back,she will buy 5 to 6 tin of milk powder for her to drink.Each cost around $30 plus.

She everytime tell me her mother no good,but in the end she still love her.When her father die last year,she went to his wake and greet people coming to pay respect to him even though her dad leave her mom for another woman when she is 5 years old.Her dad did not care for them or give them money.

I ask her why she go since her father did not take care of them from that time they are born,she just keep quiet and say he is her father.So their culture or thinking is really not that simple compare to ours

gift is secondary la , nothing beat cash .. once a VB told me .. unless she had the intend to buy the things , or else whatever you buy , they just treat as a normal stuff .

i married my wife for 9 years roi, been to her house in the province ..... hmmm... maybe around 4 to 5 times? Everytime i will find excuse to siam, can don't go back the best. :D First few years of our marriage, i stayed in VN, her parents keep coming to my house, sisters and brothers also keep coming. So i see no need to go back.
