Even its a flat fee at times when you divide per pax at the end of the session, it would be below the per pax fee. You should reimburse back the fee that the bros paid initially .

Best is at the end of the session, show the final receipt to everyone. Then add waiter tips, and mummy tips then divide by the no of bros who attend the session. If the average falls below the amount of what bros paid initially, u should reimburse. E.g before session start you ask the bros put "deposit" of $110. End of session after calculation and dividing, it is $95 per pax exactly. U should reimburse back the $15 to each of the bros. I dont care if we are calculative or what. Transparency works best here and money is still money.

Do not profit from the bros money here please. This is not your father's ktv i warned you

Thats why i told u this shioking is a cb kia. He should provide refund if the initial money deposit falls below the average fee at the end of the session. Thats why i avoid joining him. To all the bros who have been joining his session pls be aware

just my thought, if organizer asked for upfront fees and at the end of the happy hour, there is excess of $10-$15... i think it's ok bacause as organizer, the guy is taking a lot of risk... when people run off something like that, he got to cover... Unless the people going are friends who have known each other for a few years, then it's not right...

I've gone for shioking sessions a few times, actually got no overcharge leh, after I calculate it's very fairly priced. I'm always solo flyer so if I ownself go will cost more. Plus his reco always good, if I have more time and budget I would join him more often.

thx for the fair view. those who say if got excess should refund then if shortfall i get extra from everyone? if people run i get from other participants? not fair n troublesome in my view so i do flatfee. those who insist on splitting dun need to join me n also dun need to flame me

You dont talk cock here. If $15 per bro he didnt refund, 4 bros alrd $60. Means he 'profit' $60 from the bros money. What risk u talking abt. It was his choice to organise what. Scared risky dont organise lor. If he really got balls end of session show all the bros final bill receipt plus waiters plus mummy tip and divide accordingly. Then reimburse on the spot before the bros go back home if initial 'deposit' amt is more than actual divided spending.

If u seriously calculate and got shortfall then jollywell ask from the bros lah. I alrd said transparency. Means u show all the brothers here the receipt and u calculate in front of their eyes. Like dont also dun understand?

haha... I'm not talking cock..... try organizing a KTV session and you will understand what I mean....

if an organizer organize a ktv session and let's say, he want upfront $110 from a person, you decide whether it is worth it or not? if you think the organizer will make $15 from each person and you feel pissed that he makes the $15 or not showing you the receipt, then don't join... The organizer has no obligation to anybody for arranging a session....

** also, if the drink that is not finished, it will be under the organizer name. For those who don't drink, too bad. For those who can drink but cannot finshed, also too bad. What i'm afraid is everybody can drink and no more liquor, who is going to fork out the extra for the drink?

Thats why I am raising awareness for bros who want to join shioking first time, pls note there is no refund per say. Scared later they join and hope got refund but didnt get end up disappointed. If everyone can drink then nobody want to fork out extra then end the session lah u idiot, since nobody else wants to pay. Why issit hard to make it transparent? Like u go out eat with friends u split and pay for ur own share what. U dun split equally and ur friend who eat the most expensive meal pay same as u.

he is organizing on behalf and taking the risk. Maybe he is charging a “service fee” for organizing, but don’t you pay an extra for grab food too?

these are not your friends. If you are so worried that someone will rip you off, just go alone or only with your close friends lah

Lol why u negative points? Ur opinions all sucky issit. Yes i am raising awareness dont join shioking if scared "overpay". Dun compare to grab. Grab is a middle service provider where u can choose to engage it or buy food from the shop itself. Shioking should not "profit" from other bros here. If end of session all really swee swee he should reimburse back since there is no risk alrd (all paid their part). I dun want the other bros to be cheated their money. If risk is alrd over and zero, since all alrd paid, if got excess he should reimburse back.
