it basically means u have limited privilege and cannot do some of the things a normal users can do... if you still dont understand what moderation means.. google it!

i dont know about sam,
but i dont see cyber bully very often in this forum.. and when it does happen, things sort of iron themselves out one way or the other pretty fast..
if you want to see what cyber bully really is...
go to sammyboy.com and declare that you a die hard PAP supporter.. :D

if the victim can;t live with it.. move to a forum for children, this is a forum for adult only..

it isnt the job of the admin to handle cyber bullying. Ask your government how they intend to tackle the problem..

and how is the PPO going to work in a virtual forum? if you read the stick, you will know that the forum encourages samster to not reveal their ID and personal information..

Cyber-bullying legislation is not applicable to a forum like this one because everyone is anonymous.

The proposed legislation is to deal with bullying on platforms such as facebook and twitter and personal blogs where people are dumb enough to mix their real lives with their cyber identity.

If it had really happened, lodging a police report for PPO is like telling the whole world I am surfing SBF. Not a very wise move, right?

Yes, I have read the stick on the forum encouraging samsters not to reveal their ID and personal information, unlike other forums where you need to register with your personal information.

Loving the SBF experience. Think I will be hanging around here more.
