Frankly speaking Hanoi has nothing much in term of site seeing, Hanoi is mostly for business. I will suggest u consider other provinces. Cool weather is during around Sept till Feb.

Why not you plan for a trip to Dalat with your gf? Dalat is like Cameron Highlands in malaysia. Dalat is around 8 hrs drive away from HCMC or you can also choose to take internal Vn Airlines flight.

Great idea, but the next coming trip i think i will just stay in HCMC. My gf say i spend too much the last trip for her birthday and bring her family to vung tau.

But i will be planning to go nha trang, dalat or danang for future trip.

So sad to hear from my viet g/f that her friend, Ah K who work in sillypore got pregnant because of a cheongster whom she treat him as b/f. She was caught in a raid early this month and was deported back. Banned for 3 years from entering sillypore.

This cheongster who get her pregnant had a wife and cihldren in sillypore already. The best part is Ah K contacted this cheongster and tell him the situaton, this cheongster tell her never to call him again as they are 'OFF'.

Now Ah K family are still in the dark as firstly they do not know that she work in pubs in Sillypore. Her family is very dependant on her for money. Now she is unable to work in Sillypore anymore and intend to go Hong Kong to work and also keep the baby. My viet g/f is trying to persude her to abort the child but no money to abort also...

I just wanna let bros understand that the gals are here to earn money to feed their family back in vietnam. If you wanna flirt around and bed them, please never try to get the gals pregnant.

Live simple and be content with small means of 4k is enough if household doesn't own a car, loan repayment & debt. With a car would probably incur 25% of the household income

Have friends/relatives who are able to survive on a 2.5k monthly to support a family of 4(wife & 2kids) but must be tight & prudent in spending.

What a sad story. I hv totally agree with u.

These gals bound to love those men that treat them well, these men may hv given them false hope that they will marry them and thus ended their hatred job as a WL!

I personally encounter myself. I hv know a WL for abt 3 months, and she hv a daughter. Her daughter belonging to a spore man. this man ditched her 8 years ago when she was just 18. this man i heard from her own a popular eating house at geylang area. :cool:

When the gals are in this line, they should be ready to face with this type of trouble. Often, when the gals get pregnant, they aren't even sure who the father really is. The gals will try to backdate and try to recall who she slept with during that period of time. If the gal tells you that she has only slept with you during that time, will you believe? :confused: They come to singapore to work and earn money, if they only had sex with one fellow for the entire month they are here...... do you think its possible? Not to sound cruel, but i feel Ah K should be resposible for her own actions. (i speak from my experience running a social escort agency in HCM City some time back)

There are different category of gals who work in pub/ktv.

1) gals who that will offer short-time to anyone in exchange for $
2) gals who only offer sex to the guys they feel for
3) gals who do not provide sex service.

Ah K would belong to number 2... and this guy had been buying her gift, provide food and $ when she was here. He is already like a bf (or sugar-daddy) to her.

If Ah K is to be responsible for her action, the 'bustard' should also be responsible for his action...

Bro, please persuade her to keep the baby. Send the baby away after birth if she really have not means to raise. Its a human life & she just have to sacrifice a few months of no income as not to deny the baby's rights to survive. If she really need money, can consider selling the baby (better-off family) to have some return. At least, at the end of the day, a life is spared. :o

bro, i agree with what you say to a certain extend. Yes, that bastard man should also bear some responsibilities too. I have seen many many such cases in my few years of stay in saigon. These working gals are also quite pathetic. :(
