We moved off at mid-nite 1am to catch the early ferry, where got bus? Reaching there is almost 5am & saw lots of people at the shelter (like our army training shed) already queneing up at counter for tickets, worst told us tickets sold out & on waiting list, lucky still manages to buy the tickets. Ferry took like 2 hrs to reach PQ, very choppy sea even my bx got seasick, upon arrive nightmare come, we saw all the mini van picking visitors to their resort, except us , we do not make any booking before hand as we will expecting upon reaching there, there will some counters for us to choose our resort but end up PQ terminal, there are only 1 ulu 'coffee shop' & nothing else. I almost quarrel with my bx for this arrangement & due all resorts almost fully booked during that period, ended with an expensive villa recommended by the coffee shop owner. Regret not doing any homework before going there & put all my trust to my bx & her family whose also never been there. The road conditions from terminal to our resorts (almost 2hrs) reminded me during my army time, Ist time in my life almost get car sick. My advice to Bro out there, if planning to PQ, better take plane, save time & all the tireness.
