the park consists of many .. from convention centre to theme parks to hotels and etc ...

They will normally open partially ...

It's like DaiNam Theme Park , they also open partially to public to create awareness .. or to make some $$$ to roll :p

I have not done so ...

U can nominate to who-ever u want and in terms of percentage ... u can nominate as many times as you like before u 'go' ... the last nomination stands.

u can now change to 98% your mum, 1% your wife and 1% your child.

1st check .. the money will go to the nominees u have nominated.
2nd check .. if you have not do any nominess .. cpf will release all your $$$ to the state and your $$$ will be divided under the law. 50% to your wife and 50% to be divided qually among your child.

SO.. if u want your mum to receives x% of money. u BETTER do a nomination like now ...

SO as for now ... your wife and children will get $0 ....

few years back, i was told that the fastest way to get the money out from cpf is to get a lawyer to write a will. :) i heard somewhere that by nomination, the cpf board will also dili-dali to pay out the sum to your nominated person when you are gone.

i did that when i separated from my ex-wife :)
come to think of it, i need to re-write my will.

So It confirm no problem to nominate my bx for cpf monie even she only on LTVP, will go cpf board to revise my nomination on this sat. Life is always unpredictable, I think it fair for her to inherit some of your assets.

I don't think so since nomination are made official, what stand does Cpf have to dili-dali the payout? unless no nomination was made & eventually handle by public trustee, there will be a delay like my father case.

Dear All Viet wifes Bro,

need some advise on the following:

1) any school in SG to recommend to learn Viet language?
2) is there any form of dowry to the bride family?
3) any bridal shop to recommend in HCM?

We are getting married end of this year, my income is around $2k per month, hopefully less then $5k can archive the above mentioned, need advise/suggestion from bros here. :)

YEs .. Will is the fastest ... No Will, they will check Nominations ... No Nominations ... they will transfer to state for disbursebment under the rules ..

I have done it when my dad passed away ... I can tell you .. submission of paperwork is a killer ... if you want your bx to get $$ .. either write a will .. or Train your BX to be damn good in PC skills .. if not .. good luck to you ..

U also better train your bx how to go to CPF center to report your d**th ..

you have travel to vietnam for long enough ... how many tourists actually visit such theme parks in Vietnam ...

takes for example .. a theme park in bangkok .. not much foreigner as well .. I aslo strongly believe not much peolpe actually knew there is a theme park in bangkok ...

Look at DaiNam itself ... Place is damn big .. When I visited there .. omg ... probably I am the only foreigner if not a very handful of them ...

Take for another example, there is a place called malagui theme forest park .. not much foreigner as well ... out of places ...

ANother example is Soui Tien Theme Park ... I have not been there .. but who can share how many foreigners actually visited this place ?

Last example I can think of is Dam Sen Theme Park .. WHen I was there .. probably me and my buddy is the only 2 foreigner if not a handful of us ...

Yes .. Vietnam Need tourism .. thats for sure ... and the economic already proofed that it Need tourism to boost the economic ... but i strongly believe foreigner who visit vietnam will rather travel around and visit place like cu chi . mekong delta and etc rather than travel to visit a theme park ...

YEs unless it like disneyland standard in Hong kong and Japan .. else I see no attraction of foreigner to their place.

I work for a tourism industry before and I promotes places in vietnam for people who travels into vietnam .. so i roughly knows what people are looking for in vietnam ..

Yes agreed. I have been to suoi tien n dem sen theme parks, i didnt noticed any foreigners when i was there. All locals, families n young people. Think bcos there is no marketing for those places n when theme parks come to people's mind, 1st thing is: what to see over there? Just some rides n plants n structures. 2nd thing is: its for kids. When i once told a vietnamese friend that i'll be going to suoi tien, her 1st thing is: what? That place is for kids!

CONgrats ... Congrats ... Congrats .. and Welcome to the Family.

$5k sure can achieve something .. it depends the arrangement with your wife .... I cannot comment whether $5K is enough or not. It depends what you all are doing ?

Maybe if u re-define your questions. u get better response and advice ...
