Not flaming anything, just want some clarification, hope you don't mind.
It is definitely fair if the guy reject you and pay you for transportation.
What happens if you reject the guy? (Not implying that you will select customer, just spell out for "just-in-case" situation)

Why the $20 for transportation:confused: If you arrive within 10 minutes, its not even above $8.

And with no pics to prove your ratings, its not likely to attract attention.
