Finally released, pay and leave a happy man.

I went to this place to try out after getting the contact from TS, overall FR

Masseur : Lady A 7/10 (very friendly and service orientated)
Massage : 7.5/10 (hard and solid)
Environment : 5/10 (quite noisy and can hear the next bed conversation)
RTM : yes

I went there again today for Lady A masseur....

overall her massage and teasing is good but doubt I will be going there again anytime soon....... the main reason was environment is too noisy and not conducive for a good massage...... the masseurs talk to each other like market while I prefer to have a quiet environment to enjoy my massage..... will probably go over to the more established and bigger one nearby next time......
