I thought I only saw nail and beauty shops there. I must have looked properly. Ground floor outside is always an option.

Coming from Katong overhead bridge entering level 2 entrance, i think is the 2nd unit on the left (De Beaute or something), the lady looked like a local lady in 40s, any FR on her? But this shop seems legit and clean.

that’s the area with massage + HJ shops.. coming from the overhead bridge door on the right., when walk in a few shops down there is a beauty shop with a milf with tied hair n heavy make up. she will offer FJ to regular chiongsters.. unfortunately she quite dead fish.. BJ also with cap so not shiok

Live around this area for quite long liao. Will recce the Roxy area when I go there for haircut, don't see interesting things around here leh. It feels very clean and don't appear to have syt...

I used to live around the area till a few months ago and used to patronize those shops a bit :) they are very good if you like Milfs and are happy with HJ. Ok service (good in some cases like for the shop at the end of the corridor, on the left corner) and honest prices.

Yes, a couple of times but not recently. Did get a ok HJ for 1B.
