That's why they are call dreams. :p

Although the currencies of some ASEAN countries depreciated by a lot but they marked up the prices due to high inflation.
Our spending power with SGD is back to square one.

Meanwhile our depressed wages are unable to keep up with high inflation. :cool:
Government throw some peanut vouchers to humour us a bit haha.

The economic situation here is so skewed until all other neighbouring cuntries real estates/property prices is dropping like flies in such poor economic conditions while ours keep going opposite direction even for those super old H-Dee-Bee estates over 40 to 50 years, supposed to depreciate every year but knn prices kept going up, all thanks to their policy of limiting the available units to built to be always much lesser than actual demand and these are supposedly for general masses housing & not meant for investments :rolleyes: same thing they are doing to the See-Oh-Eee quotas, since lesser cars being scrapped they just simply lower the available quota much more so that demand will always outstrip supply to ensure that prices will always be obscene :(

Yes those bastards making life miserable for common folks.

Meanwhile air ticket prices are too expensive for budget cheonging.
Just stick to Malaysia for the time being.

Lucky I already bought a few tickets in advance before they announce the increase in those passenger service & security fees :D now all the air ticket prices already went up to cater for the increase :(

Thats the sad facts of life....:( which is actually weird as in the long long past the moment there is an economic recession prices are supposed to drop due to reduced demand but nowadays it rises instead :eek:

The worst part about all of this is that when things revert back to normal e.g. end of war...the consumer prices remained instead of dropping back, either that or just reduced a bit but still far from original prices before crisis......:rolleyes:

Simple logic...most countries already in recessions but no countries admitted or reported recessions...:)

Recession is actually for country to just scale back and implant tough measures...but then screw the citizens...blame everything on recession which is just an excuse...:)

Seriously hor got certain criteria to be met before it can be declared as officially in a recession ;) but then I have to wholeheartedly agree on the "screw the citizens" part :D reminded me of this old joke ==> no one will ever die as a virgin as life screws us all.....:eek:
