Red Dots on Penile Head
 

Visited massage parlour for HJ. Having red dots on penile head, and penile head is no longer smooth and shiny when erected. Feels more of a contour or multiple bumps.

Tried Zaricort for 2 weeks and Micronazale for 2 weeks and the dots are still there.

No pain in urintation or discharge.

Can someone advise if STD testing is necessary?

Is it balanitis?

For peace of mind go see a Doctor. I mean, yes it could be "embrassing" but comparimg to second guessing daily for the pass mth?

Recommendation to do a full STD test as always.

Your skin is very delicate. I recommend you to use a soap bar called simple. Cheap and good. Use for 2 weeks, the red bumps should go away.

Some guys do have this problem at the head due to rough sex, friction, foreskin issues and etc. is common.
