Age 21 til now. There will be changes on the 1st of Dec 2004 and it will reduce from 21 to 18.

from what i understand from the ppl working in HC, they told me that the 18 age limit for massuse and visitor only apply to those clean spa centre and not HC or TN....

Category 1 Spa... HC are Category 2 and TN don't even have licence, actually have but not many apply.

actually there's no age limit, only length limit - the gals cannot take dicks tat exceed 10 inches.........
