The equation is simple: Cocky itchy => See doctor, get treatment. The SOONER the better.

thanks guys for the prompt reply. i do wash it thoroughly everyday. the white thing could it be dead skin ? and the itch is always at the same place (left side of the end of dickhead). GP means what? can i just walk in A&E or polyclinic for this thing?

GP is General Practitioner. Means your neighborhood clinic Doc. Polyclinic also can. No need A&E.

Is it like blister or ulcer? If so, could be Herpes. Not fatal, but must get treated before it gets worse. You can check the threads in SBF about Herpes for the horror pictures.
