Good morning to all

Am thinking of a fast and efficient means to identify WLs who allow frenching.
Therefore started a new thread, hope you don't mind.

If the list is not accurate, pls correct me
If the list is not comprehensive, feel free to insert
If the list is outdated, don't mind keep an update
