i am chinese for not singaporean. i can't speak mandarin, only english. any recommended PRC that can speak english? 80$ better :D

He means he is a not native speaker. For example, Indoneseian Chinese or Filippino Chinese.

ShunZi at L20H62 does read n speak some english if she wants to. She is a Cat150.

Bro, go to L20H58 and ask for Ruby or Diamond. They are Malaysian Chinese and speak good English. You will love the service & the looks.

Why cannot? Body language is an Universal language! You can ask non-Chinese bruddar, SailSillypore de! He is now the expert in KCing PRC WL even without speaking a single Mandarin word. The most impt is, you can make the WL speak fluent FRENCH with you! :p

Anyway, consider Google Translate and try speaking to PRCs in their language, which is ironically pudonghua, the 'common language' of Chinese people. You never know. One day you may get it bad for one, and as you're falling over yourself to communicate with her and doing a bang up job of it, she gets damn irritated with you and you'll blow every chance you may have had to make a connection.

a PRC WL, a waste of $150 for me. yah, next time i will bring any translator in la :D , i like L8H66E jiajia since she use her iphone to translate our conversation :D . im looking for her number , since i want to visit her again and must confirm that she is working. take a flight from my country and not seeing her there is a big NO :)
